INTERNAL REGULATIONS

In compliance with article 25 of Decree-Law 13/2020, of 18 May, which establishes extraordinary and urgent measures for hotel establishments, coordination of alerts, promotion of telematic services, reactivation of the cultural sector and flexibility in various areas in view of the situation generated by the coronavirus (COVID-19).

a)        CONDITIONS OF ADMISSION

Persons shall be prevented from entering and/or remaining in the establishment in the following cases:

    - When the established capacity has been completed with the users who are inside the establishment.

    - When the closing time of the sales-reception area has been exceeded.

    - To access all areas of the establishment, it is necessary to wear at least a short-sleeved T-shirt and shorts. In addition, it is forbidden to walk barefoot in the public areas due to the risk of falling.

    - When you are under the minimum age established for access to the premises, in accordance with current regulations.

    - Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardian in order to stay overnight in the establishment.

    - When the person does not meet minimum hygiene requirements.

    - When the person shows violent attitudes, especially when they behave in an aggressive manner or provoke altercations, causing danger or disturbance to other attendees or service staff.

 - When the person is carrying weapons and/or objects likely to be used as such, unless, in accordance with the provisions of the specific regulations applicable at any given time, they are members of the Security Forces and Corps or private bodyguards belonging to private companies, and they enter the establishment in the exercise of their duties.

    - When the person is consuming drugs, narcotic or psychotropic substances or shows signs of having consumed them.

    - When the person shows obvious signs or behaviour of being under the influence of alcohol.

    - It will be cause for expulsion, to cause malicious damage to the facilities, scandal, noise, especially in the case of complaints from other users who disturb their peace and privacy. In such cases, the establishment may call upon the assistance of the competent police authorities.

    - A person who is of sound mind, harasses, intimidates or harasses staff shall be liable to expulsion.

However, in the cases described above, the person is obliged to pay the expenses incurred up to the time of the prohibition of access or stay in the establishment.

b)      RULES OF LIVING AND OPERATION:

- Users are obliged to pay the amount of the contracted services according to the conditions of the booking confirmation.

- The establishment may request prior guarantee of payment by credit card or payment link, for the contracted services, both for the entire reservation and for the extras.

- It will not allow the stay of two people in a double room that has been contracted as a single room. In this case, the rate fixed for double use will be paid.

- Smoking is not permitted throughout the establishment except in the areas set aside for this purpose.

- In certain circumstances, the service staff may ask customers to present identification and admission.

- The circulation and stay inside the establishment will be in the places reserved for customers and with the established timetable. Under no circumstances may customers have access to reserved or private rooms or areas.

 

c)      INFORMATION ABOUT THE ADMINISTRATIVE ORGANISATION AND THE PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY QUESTIONS RELATING TO THE OPERATION OF THE ESTABLISHMENT.

In all cases in which doubts or questions arise regarding the operation of our establishment, you may contact the reception staff, where they will be resolved, or, failing that, you will be asked to contact the manager-head of reception. The manager is the person in charge of the establishment.

 

 

d)     LIST OF COMPLEMENTARY SERVICES PROVIDED BY COMPANIES OTHER THAN THE OPERATING COMPANY AND IDENTIFICATION OF THE COMPANIES RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR PROVISION.

Our establishment offers excursions, various services and experiences provided by companies other than the operator, which you can find out about at reception. The establishment is not responsible for the services provided by these companies.

e)     INFORMATION TO USERS ABOUT THE FACILITIES OR SERVICES THAT SUPPOSE ANY RISK AND THE SAFETY MEASURES TAKEN IN THIS REGARD.

All the facilities or services of our establishment are equipped with measures that favour or guarantee your safety at all times. However, if you consider that the use of any facility or service may pose any risk to your health or physical integrity, please contact our reception staff so that the appropriate measures can be taken.

f)       ADMISSION OF PETS AND CONDITIONS FOR SUCH ADMISSION.

Accommodation with pets is subject to prior request, as a limit of pets per night in appropriate conditions must be respected. For this, please contact reception directly before booking. The applicable requirements in this regard are:

    - Dogs and cats allowed in superior double room

    - 2 pets maximum per room

    - Maximum weight 25 kg.

    - Puppies or kittens are not allowed.

    - During the stay, pets must not be left unattended in the room.

This does not apply to guide dogs, whose access is free and unrestricted, in accordance with the provisions of Law 5/1998, of 23 November, concerning the use in Andalusia of guide dogs by visually impaired persons.

g)      MISCELLANEOUS.

- Watch and control your luggage. Do not leave it unattended.

- Keep the door closed when you are in your room.

- Close the door to your room when you leave it, and try to open it again to make sure it is properly closed, even if you are only gone for a short time.

- If you discover any damage or anomalies, please contact reception.

- Please respect the communal areas during the night and during siesta hours, and in general, avoid making unnecessary noise.

- Please respect the opening hours of all the hotel facilities.
